Jayne was one of two inaugural recipients to be selected to undertake a three month Galang residency placement in 2023.
The residency is a partnership between the Cite Internationale Des Arts in Paris and Powerhouse Museum Parramatta.
Jayne provided a public talk and weaving workshop as part of Traversées du Marais at the Citè Internationale des Arts, Paris.
Jayne held a showing of her exhibition progress and outline during the Open Studios on 6 September 2023 at the Citè Internationale des Arts, Paris.
Jayne and her Mum, Jules Christian, exhibited their personal weaving collection with other Dharug artists to tell the stories of the river.
The exhibition was held at Old Government House, Burramattagal / Baramadagal land Dharug Country, between Saturday 4 March – Sunday 26 November 2023.

Jayne collaborated with her Mother, Jules Christian, to create a woven story of the eel's life cycle at the Burra many-ways learning space.
This is a permanent installation at the Australian Museum on Gadigal land Dharug Country, Sydney Australia.
Jayne was a finalist in the 2022/2023 Blacktown City Art Prize, winning a highly commended award with her work being acquired by Blacktown City Council.
The acquired piece was exhibited in Raw Records: Materials in Practice between 1 June 2023 and 22 July 2023.
